Through visual and performing arts and education, we give voice to our diverse communities and provide a forum for inquiry into their experiences and histories. The EHCC is hiring a new Operations Director / Programs Manager (OD/PM) to be the internal backbone of EHCC: the person who keeps the doors open and the engine purring -- finances reconciled, programs coordinated, communications flowing, volunteers engaged, and the building running. If you are someone who takes deep satisfaction in making a mission-driven organization function well, who can move comfortably between drafting a spreadsheet and chatting with an artist, and who wants your work to genuinely matter to the community you live in… this role was built for you.
